What this trip is.
The Carnivore has been running in Lang'ata since the 1980s. Meat is roasted on Maasai swords over a central charcoal pit and carved at the table until you lower the paper flag on your table.
It is a fixed-format evening and a reliably good last night in Nairobi. A vegetarian menu is available. Transfers from your hotel are arranged both ways.
